The staff were wonderful, less wait time. Their new site opposite to the mall is spacious and very modern.

This place relocated to the opposite side of the road. Went in yesterday (11 March 23) for tests, the pathologist was friendly and easy to deal with. But the receptionist at the front counter was not that friendly to deal with at the beginning.

Upon arrival, receptionists were extremely rude to myself and partner and instructed us simply to email them the receipt of payment. They asked us to do this several times so that they could print and scan the invoice so that they could find us on the database. After several emails, the staff member simply typed the invoice number into the database which worked straight away. The two receptionists remained on their phones for almost the whole time we were there. Do not recommend. Will not be coming back.

I’ve done my blood test today there. Amara was my nurse. She was great and helped and lovely. I was very nervous. but she made me calm, Thank you Amara, you are the best.

Everyone working here is lovely except for a short haired lady working at the reception desk…she was very rude and glared at me when I told her I didn’t have an appointment which I was told I didn’t need by another staff member.

Went there for covid travel testing and was in and out within 20 mins. Staff were friendly and customer assistance is good. This facility was recently moved from Pacific Werribee. Unlike the old one this has waiting area

Opens Sunday. I arrived at 9:30 for a fasting blood test. Waiting area has only one other person. Get attended in 10 minutes. Nurse is very professional, super nice, with big smile.
