Lavender Vale Cottage

Had a great stay here.The house will cater for 9Clean , spacious , love the gas stove & large fridgeOn info stated 1 double bed which we catered for but sadly a queen bed provided, our linen didn’t fit but we managed.At first, felt away from the river areas but taking a walk along the road past the National Park depot found the beautiful Macintyre River.Fishing could be great but no luck for us.Would have had a dip but water cold.Great if you had a canoe etc but would need a trolly to take down to the river as no car access.Big verandas & screened in porch for the bugs.Seen beautiful bird life & emu tracks sadly didn’t see any,but did Kangaroos.Private Road a bit busy as workers came & went.Would come again .
