Clintons Toyota Service Centre - Gregory Hills

Clintons Toyota in Gregory Hills is the best Toyota Service department in the area. Customer service is tremendous. They exceed expectations. So polite, friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend.

My first time using-- more than pleasant friendly staff, detailed report easy to read,great guest/waiting area and more than happy with service on vehicle!

Brought my 2012 camry hybrid in for a minor service and a check of the hybrid system, as it had displayed the 'check hybrid system light'.Now I had scanned the vehicle myself and found a P0A80 code which typically means there is a bad cell and the pack needs replacing, I've also scanned the battery pack and I do have a bad cell, but wanted Toyota's opinion. I cleared this code with my scanner so I could still use hybrid mode, but I made it clear to the man who took my keys that the issue would still be present, the battery pack would needed inspecting and that the code would not be there when they scanned the car as I had cleared it.When they returned the car I asked what they had found and the man said 'I gave them the code and they couldn't find the code when they scanned it'. I explained again that they would not have found it but the problem still needed addressing. It was here that they doubled back and looked at the paperwork and said 'yeah they checked it and the cells were fine and there is no leakage'. I've looked at the paperwork and the only mention of the hybrid system is 'customer stated hybrid code displayed on dashboard, system scanned and keyless code found'. Nothing is mentioned about the battery so this suggests the man was lying to appease me. He then suggested I needed a specific toyota scanner for the hybrid system to really know what was going on (not true).I have no fault for the actual service, the capped price is great, great facilities and friendly staff. My main gripe is that I came in with a specific problem which wasn't addressed and I was not listened to fully. I now have to book in again to have the issue diagnosed and I won't be doing it here.

Spotless clean and staff very polite and helpfull.

Overall a good customer service by the front desk. I appreciate their effort especially when it was a very busy day. But unfortunately, the malfunctioning things they asked me and I shared, wasn't attended enough. They were still malfunctioning, hence the 4 stars. Just a suggestion, when you're closing at 5.30 pm, call the customer to pick up their car about an hour prior. This way, it gives us more time to sort things and get ready. Happened before, was told the car should be ready by 5pm. I came around 5pm and car didn't finished until 6pm. Therefore, I always wait for the phone call nowadays.
