Used the laser car wash. Got home and not only did I need to wash the car but it did not even touch the wheels. My car wasn’t all that dirty to begin with but as I had a sore shoulder I thought it best to just give it a quick wash through the car wash. Haven’t used it before will definitely never use it again. I cannot believe it doesn’t touch the wheels at all. And barely washed the car. Total waste of $15.20

Self service pits are good if you have cash. Drive thru is expensive ($15) and standard of wash is average. Now driving the extra km and using a $12 superior wash.

Don't ever use the laser wash, first time ever have I been to touch free and simple dust did not come off. Second pic is just sliding finger across door. Wanting to advertise car, spent $15 and now need to find another car wash.

Not bad at all. You get what you pay for. Recommend to spray your rims w/cleaner before entering the laser wash. Drive on the highway to dry off. It's open for 24hrs. If you are particular of how your car looks after entering one of these depots, hand wash your car at home for better results. Either way, it's a convenient place and be thankful you have one these places accessible in Point Cook.

The auto car wash was ineffective. I tried 2 of my cars approx 20mins apart with the $10 and $12 wash service. Still had to clean the vehicles when I got home, the dirt wasn't washed off, wind shield was still dirty. It blasts water but anything which requires a scrub this wash is useless for.

Been going here for the last 5 years ownership has changed over time or management but after the last few years service hasn’t been the best and machinery is aging ..wonderful car wash in winter as the water heats up well hence spending less and hot water lathers well.The vacuums however are a miss . Do not waste your money

Not much to recommend unfortunately. Compared to other car wash places falls quite short. You only get 1 min 45 secs as opposed to 2mins for a dollar and it takes at least 30 secs before the mode that you selected comes on so you are now down to 1 min 15 secs.

hand washed my car here today. I donot know what kind of soap, wax is used but the paint in my car is starting to peel off and there are now stratches on my car.Also you only get 1min 45 seconds for $1 hand car wash. !!!Not impressed!!! Further than that, it takes 30sec - 1min for the selected hand car wash mode to turn on and you are loosing that time from washing.
