The Country Club St Georges Basin

Great place to dine with plenty of seating options. Menu delivers great variety and hearty meals. Can be quite the line-up to order during peak season but they run a pretty efficient service and wait times for meals arent long. Great play zone for kids too!

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. The young girls, especially in the eatery. Happy, smiling. Beautiful to see happy workers enjoying their job. Food was in abundance. Too much for lunchtime meals. Could've shared the massive fish of the day. The photo proves to be very messy for some. Will happily come again. The roos definitely needed a rest after their meals on the last hole.

Fantastic! The food was delicious, great prices, very quick for how busy it was during school holidays too. If you like to play pokies, they have a large range of machines to choose from :) cafe available as well for a late night coffee or cake! Oh and a bottle shop attached to the entrance if that is your thing- unsure on prices in there though. All in all, wonderful dinner date for the partner and I! Would recommend for single person, dates, friends and families. (Full indoor playground and games centre for the kids that is available down the back from what I saw)

I don’t play golf, just came to see kangaroos.

Amazed at how well they coped with a vert busy evening. The queue was long and took about 20mins to order, but the food arrive within 15mins of ordering and was pretty good. I recommend this club and don’t forget to pop outside to meet the kangaroos on the golf course….

What a disgrace! We ordered spring rolls, sweet sour pork, chinese five spice pork belly with chilli both dishes with fried rice. Ordered it as a take away right before the restaurant closed. The 1 star is for the spring rolls which were OK. The 2 dishes were an abomination. The pork was coagulated, the rice under cooked and gluggy. The pork belly had no chilli and the fried rice was also gluggy. Both dishes were flavourless!Over priced for disgusting Chinese. Our dog enjoyed it! Seriously, DO NOT DO Chinese food because you do it really badly! Would like a refund or 2 complimentary meals.

Visited here Saturday 8th April (Easter eve)Very busy as expected, 1 hour wait to order another 40 min wait for foodCheap drinks were a plus! $12 cocktails ($10 for members)Bar was getting smashed with orders, running out of glasses but the bartenders handled it so well!Drinks were awesomeUnfortunately food was the let down 5/5 steaks over cooked, ordered med/rare to medium, all steaks arrived well over well done . Rice on the satay Chicken and Mongolian beef was crunchy and tasted/felt microwavedNot much in the area so I guess it's not terrible, I guess we just expected more from a country club"The $12 cocktails definitely saved the night!"

Great meals with a good variety to choose from.Saw a cover band & they were great & involved the crowd, which is always good.Staff always accomadating, friendly & well mannered.Great night out!!!

We attended the Mothers day Buffet breakfast " yesterday and I'd have to say we were dissapointed.It wasn't a buffet at all and you had to queue up in a 30 minute line to be served by 1 lady who was serving the food to the people
