Chemist Warehouse Armadale Shopping City

Walked in with my daughter 11, son 6 and browsed the makeup for 5 mins with a full trolley full of grocery shopping before turning around to the security guard standing in our line of path with his arms crossed and trying to remain eye contact with me and his arms crossed, mind you he was a ft taller and 30kgs heavier. I had 3 items I was purchasing as I turned to see him in my path obviously I asked can I help you coz he had breached my Personal space... he replied just doing my job. I grabbed the items, paid and told the man behind the counter how I didn't appreciate being discriminated against for no other reason I can think of than racial. The other staff didn't seem to be phased by this, heads up.

Edited to add: Chemist warehouse Armadale has changed dramatically since writing this. Staff are more aware, responsive and attentive. Customer service has improved and staff have been friendly and helpful.Waiting times have decreased.Consistently bad service. Great products and price but honestly not worth the appalling service. I go in never knowing how long I'll be stuck in there for. Customer service is definitely not a priority, not even a consideration. With all the shocking reviews on customer service, I don't know how it's still allowed to continue.

Very disappointed in my Temasapam being double the price since I last bought it.

Went to CW Armadale today, brought my partner a protein water that is in the freeze next to the checkouts. When he went to take a drink out of it, under the lid around the top of the bottle was all mouldy!!!

I have never met such rude staff. There always seems to be an abundance of staff on the floor and then only one in the dispensary area!!! So far:They lost the prescription I left for filling and the female pharmacist shouted from the back of the area asking my name and what I was taking the tablets for!I have had 2 occasions where they have omitted to give me the repeat portion of my scriptOnce where they commuted to fill the script at allAnd I have never had to wait less than 30mins for my script. On the last occasion it was over an hour and the female pharmacist was telling a customer off for complaining to her assistant that he had been waiting for over 40 mins.On the way out the assistant was f...ing and blinding about the customer to the security guard.I will never use this pharmacy again. I am a health professional and I think their lack of customer care and focus leaves a lot to be desired.

Went in today to pick up some essentials; was met with constant nagging from the staff while minding our business. Being followed around and watched even though we had done nothing suspicious. Well nothing suspicious besides being black I’m assuming. Staff was very embarrassed when we walked to the counter to pay. Whole experience was just discomforting and will be avoiding this shop

Generally a good experience with helpful staff. They usually have cheap price and lots of stocks which is good.

Went in to buy a specific perfume after I saw it was in stock in that store online. I asked the girl that was filling the perfumes if she had it in stock, she told me straight away they had sold out. I went about and looked for something else, when I decided to ask someone else if they had it in stock. The second woman was very kind and went and checked out the back where she found a whole box. I work in retail myself but you don't have to work retail to know the first girls lazy and rude attitude was completely uncalled for.

DONT BUY PURFUME FROM CHEMMIST WAREHOUSE.I recieved a $200 bottle of perfume as a gift and when opening I realised the pufume was a different colour as to what it usually looks like then when I went to spray the perfume it also smelt like it had gone off.I took the perfume back to the shop it was purchased from to see if they would exchange it and they would do nothing about it.They have no absolutely no customer service.I will now contact the purfume makers to let them knowThat chemmist warehouse is selling old stock.
