I feel that I was overserviced when all I wanted was a very loose tooth extracted. X rays, an examination ( nothing was said to me after the examination!!) Yes, tooth was removed pain free but I feel the cost was exorbitant. Not so gentle on the wallet!!

Take's the time to actually listen to his patient's & has a genuine interest for their concerns & well-being.His staff & their attitude to their patient's welfare are a credit to Gentle Dental Hervey Bay & i highly recommended to all those thinking of having any dental work done!.

My booking was on time, staff were very nice and knowledgeable, the set-up in the rooms was excellent.I have looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

Absolutely the best experience.. great communication, very caring & kept ensuring I was comfortable the entire time whilst getting a Crown.. will be returning..

Gentle Dental has achieved their name. As a reluctant, nervous patient, I have gained a new trust in this practice. Dr Josh is empathetic, reassuring & considerate. His manner & professional approach is most calming. During my treatment I was asked my feelings & was I okay to continue. Dr Josh & his staff have followed up with my post procedure care. Feeling confident to continue my regular dental care, with this exceptional team.

Very happy with Gentle Dental. Dr Joshua Smith makes you feel right at home and all your fears disappear. ( I don’t like going to any dentist - but Josh has changed all that) He takes his time to explain what will happen and throughout the procedure has a very calm manner constantly checking in to ensure you are ok. Highly recommend him for any dental treatment you need done.The staff that work alongside him all show a genuine, caring manner as well.
