What a joke - ordered from the table QR code system at the airport (this was the highlight of the whole experience) after 30mins waiting for the 'text message' to say my order was ready, I ventured to the counter to enquire. I could not even get hello" spoke before the server behind the counter rudely snapped "we are closed and everything is turned off - you will need to order else where....the tone quickly change once I was able to advise I had already ordered. Another 12 mins (so 42 mins) I did not receive a text message

I eat here almost every week while travelling and it’s great. People need to remember this is Newcastle… it’s a regional airport, not a major city. The food and drinks are good, and the staff are always friendly. The wait times are usually very short, but occasionally if it’s busy it’s longer… same as anywhere else. Thanks guys for your hard work

Good coffee and excellent service. Got here at 730am and Lady behind counter was on her own! She was amazing at handling the que and orders all by herself. Taking orders , making coffees and brekkie wraps always bring friendly and having a smile on her face. Employee of the Month is a definite for me.

Very disappointed that they have a range of cups on the coffee machine and choose to give everyone the disposable cups rather than use the cups. Apparently if you want to do the right thing by the environment here you have to specifically ask which is not usually the case. I hate to think how much waste they are creating unnecessarily.

Food cold. Also orderd ham and cheese toastie.... you would think you can't get that wrong..... but they did .. sandwich cold, cheese not melted minimal fillings. Poor food and overpriced.

I enjoyed the most amazing breakfast while waiting for my flight yesterday.My avo smash was prepared so quickly even though there was a few people in the airport.I didn't catch the servers name but she was bright and bubbly and offered great advice on what I should try.I recommend getting to the airport a little early so you enjoy a nice breakfast at Valley & Wine.

I had the best experience today. We both had the Hunter Breakfast with all the trimmings - nice coffee too. Are you expanding into town soon ?

We waited a very long time for our meals and when they came we actually couldn’t eat it. The salmon salad was tasteless and the salad was old. The sweet potato wedges were half cooked and tasted rubbery like microwaved a reheated.We’ll never order from there again.
