I booked my car to check for engine vibration. The booking was for Thursday evening and they told they will be checking the car Friday morning only to which I agreed. When I went there on Thursday evening, the guy told me that the booking was for Thursday morning and I missed my appointment. It was a simple clerical error from their side and instead of an apology this guy started blaming me. He was very rude. Come back sometime next week". When I told I am never coming back here again

My car developed an intermittent problem, which was difficult to diagnose. Brian gave me his thoughts and suggested a way forward without promising anything, and that would possibly avoid buying expensive new parts. After a couple of visits, and with considerable patience from Brian and his team, a solution was found. Good work from Vic Park Auto, that saved me thousands!

Brian and his team have been looking after my cars for over 5 years. I moved away from a factory dealer workshop and have never been happier. Service work is great, always reasonably priced and the car is ready on time clean and tidy. If there ever is a bigger issue they always contact me first before proceeding with any work.

Just had my car serviced yesterday by the team here and all I can say is they have done an amazing job. I've never had mechanic's seem to take so much pride in their work. It's the little things like putting some tire shine on, filling up my wiper fluid or even the air freshener that was sitting on my seat when I got it. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!
