I am most disappointed about the service in Hello World, Bacchus Marsh. No, the girls are nice and helpful and helped last time when we were going to Japan. But Anne Pierce! The only thing we wanted was to book a ticket that my husband found. So we did, paid half the money and half a couple of hours later. The receipt was never sent. I had to go there twice to get it. I needed my ticket badly to arrange visas and other matters. I had to go there three times just to get a paper copy. I requested for an online copy, gave my address just to never get it until a couple days before the flight I dropped in again and one of the girls kindly sent it. The reason we booked the ticket from them was we had problems with online check-in and seats as it is a long flight. But Anne promised to help 24 hours before. And guess what! It was Queen's birthday and they told me they would be shut. Flights Center was open and kindly helped though it has nothing to do with them. Guess where we'll go next time?

Dealing with the hospital, insurance companies, airlines, accommodation to name a few, Anne organised my mercy flight home after spending 8 day's in a UK hospital, being completely paralysed from a chronic illness, she was my Angel & I'm forever grateful. Recently my family and I went on a holiday to FNQ.With all of the fear we had with COVID restrictions and regulations changing rapidly, we agreed it would be best to book through a travel agent, knowing if anything was to happen while we were away, the agent (Helloworld Bacchus Marsh) would take care of everything for us. Well, the inevitable did happen, Victoria went into another lockdown and flights were being cancelled left right and centre. Within minutes of the announcement of the recent restrictions our Agent was in contact to advise us what was going on. My husband and I decided we would extend our stay beyond the lockdown period. Helloworld reiterated for us not to worry and confirmed they would take care of everything. Within the hour we had confirmation our new flights were secured and accommodation extended. We even arranged a sneaky snorkelling trip and Skyrail tour with them, which was cheaper than what our accommodation was offering. Nothing was too hard for these guys!Our family didn’t need to spend any time, energy or stress whatsoever. We just got to relax and continue on enjoying our holiday, while they took care of the rest.I can’t stress enough the importance of booking through an agent for travel, regardless of how close or far you are going, especially in this current climate.I can’t recommend this company enough.

Big shout out to Anne for organising our trip to Thailand (May 22 - June 5) . The whole trip went so smooth from start to finish. Our flights were easy and straight forward, and she kept us informed and up to date with Jetstar and their flight changes. Anyone wanting to book a trip, I can't recommend Anne and her team enough.
