Went to get a refill here today, have been coming here for 6 months will not return. The girl who started servicing me used to work at a different salon, I stopped going there due to poor quality and not listening to the client on shape. She started doing my nails,laughed when I said the shapes were all wrong and I was not happy with her doing them. Another girl took over and corrected the poorly shaped nails and filing, however it's put me off returning if the technican thinks its ok to have mis shaped nails and laugh at the person getting the service. Will find another salon.

The nail therapists are so professional and lovely .. absolutely recommend their manicure and pedicures.. i always get great compliments on my nails. Thanks ladies

Absolutely loved this place and have been going here since they open. Staff are lovely. Until today, I was charged an extra $10-$15 to remove 4 nails I could’ve taken off myself.To be charged $70 for a full set, no extras is simply ridiculous. Will be finding a new salon.

It really depends on who you get on the day. There seem to be a huge staff turnover lately. I loved coming here and the initial crew were amazing and so welcoming. I cannot say this about the lady who provided the service this morning. She wasn't friendly, very abrupt, did not listen (properly did not understand me at all) to what I wanted and was quite blunt. $50 dollars for poor service and ok nails.I will make sure I'll book in the next time and get the person I had a better experience with.

I had a really good time coming here, it’s my new local nail salon and I am very impressed with how fast the service was. I called ahead of time and they were able to see me within that half hour, which was really convenient as I’m only about 5-10 mins walk away. Would come here again - would like to try other colours and nail art. I haven’t had a pedicure or manicure but looking to try these services in the future.

Nice people but the quality at the end is very low. They could not get the shape of the nails right, acrylic and gel is very thick and nails art is poor.

They do an okay job. I get sns on my fingers, gel on my toes.They don’t really take care of the toes and most nails are uneven and not painted to the sides.Fingers look fine however shapes are a bit off from finger to finger and sns is not properly built so they’re very thick from cuticle to tip.I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and it’s consistently an “ok” job, nails don’t last more than a week. Good for a quick job before an event if you need nails.
