So disappointing. I used to take my dog there and today the new vet in charge was hopeless. My dog is prone to ear infection and each time I brought her to the vet, I was always being given treatment and in a few days my dog was better. Today the new vet told me he put a liquid"in my dog's ear

DO NOT USE THE PARK VET SURGERY ON PEIRCE AV CALOUNDRA!!!!!I was quoted a price for a $2500 for a surgery but reccomended by the vet to apply for $3000 to cover follow up apt, injections, and final xrays at 6 weeks.The first time i went in for a follow up apt Jacinta, the Surgery Manager" asked me for more money for the operation. I found Jacinta to have extreamly bad customer service

Owner shouted at me after I said the vet did not tell me costs of medication prior to using on my dog, ‘did you ask?’ Was his response. Owner stood up and tried to intimidate me and raised his voice. No air flow in the run down house they use, my dog was struggling to breathe. After I asked to speak to someone else owner stood up and slammed his hands on the bench and raised his voice ‘I am the owner of this practice’. Horrible place and I would not recommend to anyone.
