Incredibly lazy delivery drivers, friendly indoor staff.Twice now I've been waiting for a package only to not receive them because the drivers have been too lazy to walk up my stairs and knock on my door, much less just leave the package at my door.The first driver was kind enough to leave a card, the second driver didn't even leave his vehicle, No knocks, not even a card.The email I'd received citing the time the delivery was made was false, as I was standing outside waiting when it supposedly happened for a good 30 minutes on the phone, no one arrived.I went to the post office and had a rather nice interaction with the staff about it at least, but could not retrieve my parcel.

Delivered a parcel to incorrect address, could not recover it and having to work through claims process with seller. No issues up until this point but it only takes one instance to lose faith.

Can get busy depending on time of day parking is a pain though

Very helpful and friendly team. I took a massive polymorphic piece of art and they went out of their way to help me to find items to package it there which were not the standard box.They are also multilingual! With French as a second language as well. Quite an advantage.Great service in general.

Came in asking as about my driver's licence had not come yet, the friendly lady ensuring me that it it's not there. And talking to me as I wasn't in the best of mood waiting so long. She had an accent. Very nice lady , gave me insurance that it still might be coming from Brisbane Australia Post. Thankyou for the help, it came the very next day!!.. Today actually!!! :)

Both ladies I dealt with were a great help for a visitor trying to send a parcel with all the parafanalia/red tape that is involved now.Jenny Aitken

My latest experience with auspost has been nothing short of extreme incompetence. I will be using a private alternative here on out. R436744023384663

Staff at this post office are all helpful and friendly with delivery service that is for the most part pretty good for a regional town

Public Health Order non-compliance at the post office today. I had a mask on and was standing filling in an express mail envelope. Another woman came and stood on the other side, also sending a parcel. No mask on. Dressed in mine clothes with Paramedic across the back. I asked her why she wasn’t wearing a mask and she said she had forgotten. Then one of the ladies who works at the Post Office called her over and said “come over here and I’ll serve you. Don’t worry about not wearing a mask”. After that another 2 men came in, no masks and the staff didn’t ask them to put a mask on.
