Thanks for the advice and supply of the rollers that has my door running better than any time in its 8 year life. I really appreciate the generosity of the gentleman in the office. I should have insisted that the installation was working 8 years ago. Thanks again.

I purchased a 3 panel double glazed sliding door. When my builder went to install, he was a tad puzzled before realizing it was missing a central column that would latch onto the door. The door was unable to seal. It stayed that was for 8 days until their installer could come around with the missing part.Dowell doors where adamant they would complete the installation and make it perfect…The Dowell installer stated my builder had used the wrong screws on the door frame that protruded a bit not allowing the window panels to sit flush.I asked him if he could just change the screws he said, “I could but its not my problem”.He then preceded to screw directly into the frame leaving them visible, chipping the paint and now its obvious the seals show in some locations and not others….I need 2 more doors, won’t use this company again.

Called in for quote on window and sliding door , Tim had some good advice which will make install much easier .Quote emailed next morning very happy with price and advice .
