Being part of ILP has given me the opportunity to develop marketing strategies and to keep learning about tendencies in the L&D industry. They also provide interesting and interactive member events, live and virtual, that include a fantastic array of member support and innovative tools and techniques to enhance professional capabilities. There is a small but wonderful team behind the scenes, who coordinate this wealth of information and resources.
