I have been a client of Forrest Personnel 's, on and off, for many years now. I am once again very grateful to the team for EVERYTHING they have done for me.As a client, I cannot stress enough the understanding and patience that was demonstrated during tumultuous times of my life. My son was with this company for approximately 2 years and honestly, it was 2 years wasted. We have recently changed to a different provider and oh my word, I wish we changed a long time ago. My son has already had several interviews and is in a volunteer position while his wonderful new team keeps working their magic.Other providers within the disability sector have all stated how bad of a reputation Forrest Personnel has.I don’t usually write such negative reviews but I’m hoping someone in management might read this and lift the game.

She saw the potential in me and helped me heal, she guided me through every aspect going from unemployable to starting my dream job. As an employer, Forrest Personnel have assisted me in recruiting a staff member under the PaTH programme. The support they provided throughout the process was outstanding. From introducing the cantidate, through to providing on the job support, I couldn't have asked for more.Their staff are extremely passionate about brining people of all abilities into the workforce, and as a small business we have gained a great deal from the experience of hiring through Forrest Personnnel.

I was recommended to Forrest Personnel by a friend and from the day I went for my Initial meeting with Morgan I felt that, at last, this was an organisation that actually understood how hard it is to be given a fair go. Friendly reception staff greet you as you enter and at no point are you made to feel uncomfortable. My employment consultant Liza was wonderful, she had empathy and really made me feel confident to apply for job roles that I thought I could never do. Shelley ran a hard skills course which is really informative and I urge everyone to make use of her Knowledge. Denise marketed my skills to potential employers and in January 2018 I was lucky enough to secure a part time position with a local company. I am so grateful for all the help I received and would recommend Forrest Personnel highly. Thank you so much.

My daughter has been seen by many different consultants for over 2 years. After our first complaint my daughter was encouraged to follow a course that was out of her capabilities and led to a wasted 6 months on a tafe course that led to nothing more than disappointment and heartache. Then more appointments that accomplished nothing. Currently she is doing another tafe course which requires her to have work experience. We have had 6 months with nothing accomplished once again. 3 weeks ago we were given assurances that she will be helped to find work experience. We have heard nothing about this yet and at the last appointment she was asked again to explain her needs. The consultant had not even read her notes before the appointment. Then my daughter was asked what she had been doing to find work experience herself. When you try to talk to the people involved they are always in a meeting and you are asked to explain to the receptionist what the call is about. Not doing their jobs it seems to me and yet they have many people getting paid for doing nothing and are not trained properly.if at all. A big waste of time and money and all on the back of people who already have struggled in life.

have had so much help from these lovely group of people in Bunbury. all staff are very kind and helpful. the providers actually understand and help you with job searching and the troubles that come with it and they do their best to make sure you are supported not just in looking for work but also after you have gained employment by keeping in touch to make sure all is going well.

I would highly recommend attending the Esher House course with Rohan. I found it incredibly informative, engaging and constructive.Rohan genuinely cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to help you get where you need to go to get back into employment.I have hope for the first time in a long time.

I have always had nothing but utmost help and fantastic service from Forrest Personnel Bunbury whenever I have dealt with them as a client.

I am only going from experience from one person but Fiona is extremely rude and harassed me. (I have a medical certificate exemption) Thanks to her my anxiety is worse
