My friendly Podiatrist recommrnded this place to me. Shoes are perfect for me athough had to exchange for next size up, Staff and Manager very informative about my needs. Manager went out of her way to get my shoes to me as I live 660 kms away. Will be shopping there again for sure.

Two employees talking in store. I entered approached for help, one made contact and turned away resuming their talk. Browsed the displays for a pair of shoes I wanted for 5 minutes. Still no help. Left I'll buy online and save $90

To the shop assistant that helped me yesterday, I am sorry that I didn't get your name but I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help yesterday. I was in agony because of bursitis. You were so accomodating, incredibly patient and personable. I bought three pairs of shoes under your guidance and can I say that I feel like a near new woman today because of the trainers and thongs I bought, specifically to alleviate the pain. Thank you so very much. You were fabulous.

Yesterday, I went in looking for my first new pair of shoes in 5 years. The last pair I bought where from here, and were fantastic, so I went back. The young gentleman who assisted me was lovely, took my measurements, and accounted for my needs. I am a 5.5 (which I understand is a tricky size, hence me going to a proper shoe shop rather than Target), however was told I would be getting a 6 (with no further explanation), which I was ok with. I tried the display 6's on, and they were close enough to be ok. I bought what I thought would be the 6's, and left.I tried them on a run once (and I'm sorry I brought them back having done so, rather than returning them 100% fresh), when I realised they were bigger than what I tried, so today I came back hoping I could get my size. When I went in, the lady was assisting another customer. I was more than happy to wait while she worked that sale, however halfway through she started helping me, and I think the multitasking may have been where it went wrong.I tried to explain my situation, and got abruptly told they never had my size at all, and that I was supposedly told I would be buying the 6.5's, because they didn't have any 6's.I would have been more than happy to try other shoes they have, or wait for them to order in the shoe I wanted in my size, as I have chronic ankle, knee and hip pain, however the lady clearly looked at me (I do admit, I do look like the broke uni student I am), and didn't think my sale was worth her time, and without any further conversation, snappily gave me a refund, to get me out of her hair.I don't spend big money on things like these often, so I was really excited to finally treat myself to something I properly needed. I have been saving, but to think that my $260 sale wasn't worth it to her, was unfortunate.I think what stung the most, and prompted me to be ~that person~ and write this review, was the reason given on the refund recept. The lady had written that the reason for my return was buyers remorse"

Fabulous experience in store today! The staff were very busy but still acknowledged me as i walked in! Very helpful and friendly!
