My daughter had an unpleasant experience when getting her nails done. The nail job itself was good but she was treated rudely. She was impatient when my daughter was trying to make choices, She spoke very abruptly & was never pleasant throughout the whole experience. I contacted her directly to resolve the situation however she was argumentative & non apologetic & didn’t seem to grasp the concept of customer satisfaction. Don’t go there if you want a nice pleasant experience.

Well this was certainly not a good experience sitting having a pedicure & not been spoken to or asked how or if I would Like the massage chair. Just switched it on & walked away & got another staff member to complete the pedicure. Felt so degradedBelittled another staff member in front of clients.Spoke to their other staff members whilst ignoring their clientsTook me overnight to recover. Then returned to put a complaint in only to find out it was the owner / manager whose behaviour I was addressing.Well there will be no returning for me & my friends

Would NOT recommend this service! I had been using this nail salon for a while & have received no customer care for an issue i had recently. I had misplaced a gift voucher that was purchased at the same time as my daughter’s by my husband. This was identified on their register when I called to explain. We were both getting our nails done that day..No consideration was given to this & I was informed very bluntly by the manager they would not honour my documented voucher. I argued that terms & conditions don’t state anything about a lost voucher that, i was able to identify the date of purchase. Attitude remained the same..When i did eventually find it they were extremely quick, rude again which left a bad customer experience! WONT BE BACK EVER..& will be telling all friends & family!

Would not recommend, the only positive was everything was clean. Girl didn't speak through the pedicure, no massage they just put moisturiser on, previous polish wasn't removed properly, barely buffed the skin on my feet. As someone who has worked in the industry the girl was just lazy, she had a can't be bothered I'll do the bare minimum attitude. Agree with the other review, massage chair was just turned on and left, not asked what setting I wanted.

I had my nail polished on the 14/10/22 for my Son’s wedding . Wow what a great job done on my nails I just love them .

Such a beautifully clean and modern salon. The manicure tables have built in lamps to set the gel polish! My grown out acrylics needed infill and gel polish. It took 1/2 hour!! So quick, so fabulous!! The owner was professional, friendly, quick and precise. Thank you Tracey xx

I had my pedicure and manicure with them. Feel very welcome from all the staff there service was great have provided me a hot coffee to warm up myself with the cold weather .
