Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Luke. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Luke is an apprentice but a very talented guy all the best Luke

I took my 3.5 year old here for his first haircut and it was terrible. The blonde lady cut his hair and was so rough, almost as if she was annoyed she had to do it. No pleasantries or smiles at my little boy at all, just rushed through the cut pulling his head this way and that. I was really upset about the experience. It was his first ever haircut - I told her that. You would think she could have been a bit nicer and cracked a smile! It was horrible. Will never ever go there again. Ever. We do his hair ourselves now.

Fantastic staff and atmosphere, reasonable prices and good conversation. I went here all the time until once when I tried a different hairdresser in Victoria Point who scratched my scalp and almost cut my ears because they were being so rough. Went back to the Diplomat, and its safe to say I will be staying with them from now on.

Took my son for a hair cut for school photos. Young male barber cut his hair whilst constantly scrolling on his phone during the haircut! Result the worst haircut ever!! Patchy, uneven and looks terrible,Not to mention the bill of $32 for a 12 year old. Won’t be going back!! Tried ringing to speak to management but the phone is disconnected

Took my twin boys here after they had an extremely bad haircut at crazy cuts. The ladies were so nice and welcoming and even offered to fix their hair for free. Will definitely be going here for their future haircuts!
