I had the pleasure of selling some gorgeous town residence for Kin Projects in Bentleigh East. The market responded so well we sold both properties with in 2 weeks of one of them hitting the market. Thearchitectural design of the facades was not the only thing drawing the buyers in to this home, but the 8.5 star energy rating was very impressive to all that came through.
