Kellie sounded really nice on the phone but for some reason didn't show up or respond on the day of the appointment. She later apologised via text and asked me to make another booking, we arranged for the next day, then once again she stopped responding entirely and did not answer the phone after that. I'm not really sure what happened but it was just a waste of time and I ended up having to go with someone else.
