Susan was so lovely! She made my candle in honour of my grandfather for my wedding and everyone commented how lovely the candle was. Such a beautiful candle made with such care and it truly showed, beautiful designs to choose from and she was so catering to what I wanted. 100% recommend!

Highly recommend!! Susan is a pleasure to deal with, and very quick to respond to all enquires and the candles were exactly as pictured (great quality too!). There is a great variety of options to choose from, and Postage Sydney is quick! We were very satisfied, and will definitely refer to family and friends in the future!

Susan's Personalised Candles was an excellent choice for my wedding. Susan is very friendly, and provides professional service. Susan designed a wedding set for me that was very aesthetically pleasing and elegant. She personalised this set for the wedding and did a great job at capturing the theme of our wedding through the candle itself, which was well made and is a fabulous keep sake for the future. Thank you Susan for being so easy to work with and producing a great end result.

This is the second time I’ve used Susan’s Candles and the service both times was exceptional. Beautifully designed candles and on time delivery when time was of the essence. Communication with Susan was easy and she was quick to respond. Although I picked up the candle the first time, the second was posted and I was worried it might break or be damaged. However it was very carefully and professionally packaged and labelled and arrived intact. Would highly recommend.

We ordered our candles from her for our wedding, she was great to communicate with and we received the candles in the promised time [ even tho we were slow on our end getting back to her ] but the best part was the exceptional quality . The most perfect candles!! Susan makes incredible candles, beautiful designed and very neatly finished. Susan has made birthday candles for our big birthdays, our wedding candles and most recently our daughter’s baptism candle. The design discussion is easy and Susan always sends your design to be confirmed before making the candles so you can be sure you will receive exactly what you are after. So much range of candle size, style, fonts, images, verses, ribbons, etc. They are beautifully packaged too. We have always been wrapped with our candles. Thanks Sue!
