I asked for a low zero fade today and the older lady who cut my hair gave me a 2 back and sides without telling me because she probably has no idea what a fade is despite it being on the list of services.Can't wait for my hair to grow back now so I can get a haircut I actually asked for instead of wasting my time and money here.

I took my brother here for the first time after hearing about their exceptional service from a friend. Definitely will be his regular barber from now on - barbers new exactly what they were doing and had incredible skills not to mention great people skills too! One of the lovely workers there too greeted us on arrival and was lovely to talk to whilst waiting for our appointment. 10/10 could tell that these people are passionate about what they do! I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Haircut itself was good. No complaints there. But was told to wait in store and it will be 20 minutes. I was sitting down for 90 minutes in store and skipped about 8 times, young girl at door seemed to struggle with customer ordering. Entire process took 2 hours and had to pay for parking.

Hey, my name is Brady Kidner. I went into barber industries at Kotara around 10:40am yesterday. I asked for a trim and just a clean up instead I got butchered. The bloke cutting my hair messed me up that bad he has to have something against me. I had curtains before and now I have a buzzcut/undercut curtains/juicebox fade on one side, my hair is uneven and I will never be returning to barber industries ever again. I've heard I think about every joke about my hair I've had enough. My hair is unfixable I will never be returning.

Good hair cut, friendly service.Not impressed that I called and asked about student-priced haircuts, told that they do. Was told after the haircut that they don't do student priced haircuts and paid full price

Always get a tidy fade here pretty quick service when they're not flat out! Have had my hair done by a couple different barbers here and always leave happy!

Amazing experience for my son and myself. Jess was so gentle, patient, she did her best to make my son who is not a fan of barbers feel good and comfortable Thank you !!!!For sure we are coming back !!!
