Had a non-waterproof watch battery replaced. Staff member was courteous and efficient. Had a new battery and was good to go in under 5 minutes. Fair price for the work and battery, would happily recommend.

I took in 3 pairs of boots to have the heels slightly lowered. Cannot Thank David enough for his professional help and wonderful manner in explaining to me about how much could be taken off. One very happy lady would recommend this repairer very high standard. Thankyou David

Got a watch battery replaced wanted to charge me a lot more to pressure test my waterproof to 200 m watch. I declined. Went into a swimming pool with a 2 m depth and my watch filled with water. Shoddy job. Avoid this one

Was trying to buy one single Watch Band Strap Spring Bar, but a guy has done a rocked science out of changing a pin (which I did even not request) and wanted to charge 10$.Sorry Mate, you showed today with your arrogance that you have no idea how a little pin that cost you less than a cent can promote your business or make you losing your customers.

I went in to get a new battery on my car remote today the guy said knowing from experience that the remote will more than likely need replacing but would replace the battery and if it didn't work to come back and he would take that price off a new remote, i thought fair enough. Sure enough the remote was busted inside when he opened it so i got the new one with instructions on how to program it, all sorted and cheaper than the Ford dealership, happy bays!

Had a Hugo Boss bag that needed the latch repaired. After numerous visits to bag repair “specialist” was told again and again it could not be fixed. Took the bag to The Shoe King at Mandurah Forum who spent a couple of weeks looking for options and although I wasn’t expecting a response they came up with a solution when no one else could. Looks great and to be honest I would have paid double what I was charged. Appreciate the effort. Good stuff and would highly recommend.

Very good service!I bought a watch strap, had it fitted and then noticed the fastener was the wrong colour.The owner happily changed it at no extra cost.
