Really disappointed and frustrated with the service here. My mum and I came by early to book a time later in the day. We came back at 1:15 for our appointed time but while my mum had her pedicure, I waited for over an hour for my manicure to be done, even though we had booked in that time slot. I sat at the counter, having picked my colour and was told numerous times that ‘it won’t be much longer’ but by the time the lady was ready, my mum’s pedicure was already done and we couldn’t wait any longer. We were obviously squeezed in amongst other appointments despite the emptiness of the salon, so there was no one left to do my nails.My mum’s pedicure was ok, but clearly the lady was in a rush and ended up cutting the skin on her toe causing it to bleed up to 20 mins after. She was made to pay before the service was complete as they were closing.Being fed up with the wait, I left with my mum once she was finished without getting the manicure I was after.We don’t recommend this place as it’s customer service is severely lacking.

My sister and I were treated like VIP'S from the moment we stepped in the salon. Our hair and makeup looked amazing for our niece's wedding. We received so many lovely comments about how amazing we looked. Made our day so easy and lots of fun. Highly recommend this salon. Beautiful ladies who are true artists.

This is worst place i have ever visit, old lady doesn’t know her job, untrained and unprofessional and she ruined my eyebrows, while is was waxing, pressing my eyelids so hard. She should apologise, but she didn’t. Be careful guys.

Jane and I went for a trim whilst passing through Mt Gambier on our way to a function in Melbourne. Great service, friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic salon. Up market yet down to earth. Realistic prices. Loved our hair cuts. Thanks ladies!

Got my eye brows waxed and got a brusie on my eye lid, my eye lids are swollen and went back and she only gave me 10$ back and told me my eyes are not swollen they are normal! (They are my eyes)Told me on the phone they can not take the brusie away but can give me my money back. Then I go instore and she was so rude.Don't know her name but was an older lady!No at all happy.

Rude and obnoxious. My 3 year old niece could rub better. Want my legs done. Lady didn't budge. Too busy just rubbing my back nothing else. Made to pay before my massage as they were closing when I finished. Even though it states they close at 5.30.

Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and top of the line products. It's a winner.

Worst experience I have ever had whilst getting my hair done. Judith (who is the owner) coloured my hair and when my mum and I asked why it didn’t blend, she claimed that it was blended then raised her voice at us and called us “Rude and Obnoxious” as well as saying many other rude things. I refused to pay for this service (she agreed that’s ok) and i had to go elsewhere to fix it, although it will take many treatments for it to be completely fixed. The trim was also so crooked I had to get my hair re-cut.I would never recommend this salon (if I can even call it a salon).

Worst haircut I have ever received-wanted to get my undercut redone, the hairdresser accidentally cut into half of my dreadlocks, leaving them hanging on a few threads of hair. One I had to remove completely right away. I was not satisfied at all, as I have worked these dreads for several years and now some random lady just cuts them off. Bad service. Do not reccommend.
