Really happy with the service provided by this company. They were fast and efficient. They EVEN did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, which is becoming more unusual nowadays. They are very friendly and answered all questions that I had. From the moment I called Naarah knew exactly what I needed and when. We are first home buyers and she was very understanding. We were able to organize an inspection exactly when we needed it (which was last minute on a Friday).. Once Raymond completed our inspection he called and emailed the report on the same day. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used this company for a building inspection, and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Naarah is an absolute delight to deal with; booking everything in is easy and no question is a bother. Ray is very thorough, and both times called me to talk me through the findings- he never rushed me off the phone, and he let me ask all the questions I needed to. 10/10 would use again, and recommend to others with no hesitation.
