Good options, some pretty good specials although they are not offered that often. The store does seem to lack stock sometimes. The staff seem more focused on other tasks, they did seem like they did not have enough people to meet the demand from customers in the store. Worth a look but I would not go in expecting to find anything to amazing.

Been there twice and 5 stars service everytime. Not pushy and very helpful and bought a beautiful coat and boots.Beautiful quality and great value

I am not a person who writes reviews but had two bad service experiences which is making me write this.The mid aged Asian woman( may be the store manager) in this store is the worst customer service/ sales executive ever met. I think the company needs to train their staff better and teach them how to treat the customers.I will prefer paying more than being in this store again!!PS I love R.M Williams

The store rarely ever answers the phone. I attended a couple of times to inquire about the availability of a boot in 7.5 size. They didn’t have any but said to call as they received variable stock each week. I’ve tried calling multiple times over the past 2 weeks and not once has the phone been answered.

Yesterday I went in store with the intention of buying a pair of boots for my wedding. The assistance I had whilst I was reviewing the options was outstanding, and Olive was incredibly helpful in helping me find the right size and colour that I was looking for. Even after I had made my purchase, she followed up with a phone call to let me know that an even better pair had arrived in store and that I’d be able to swap what I had. I’m thoroughly impressed with this level of follow-up. Excellent service.

The store manager and assistant manager helped me with my new Comfort Craftsman boots and provided excellent customer service yesterday. They went above and beyond to sort out an issue that I had, and I appreciate it.

I was looking for a pair of black suede boots. There was a pair of grey ones but they didn't have my size. They had a sale of all boots that costs $399 up less $100.

Very limited range of shoes and sizes here. When I asked for the assistance, the lady who served me just pointed to the shelf next to me and told me that all the styles and sizes available.I have scanned through the store and found more styles of shoes in the other corner. But this lady did not really want to serve me or something. Our conversation ended in 2 sentences, I left the store.From beginning of the conversation, she said no words of greeting me or sorry for the limited stock they had and then no good bye when I left.

From the moment Vince approached me when I entered the store he was very welcoming and supportive when it came to sharing updates and information regarding my query. Vince took the time to investigate more and make sure that I was okay with the items prior to making my purchase which was composed of boots and clothing.In most cases it is always noted that front line staff (Customer Services Representatives) are blunt and face value customers. However, Vince is one of the few who gives so much commitment, dedication and passion when it comes to his role as a Manager at the RM Williams Homebush Branch. Vince was more than happy to answer all my enquires as I am sure he definitely reflects this with other customers as well.Vince had strong sense of fashion with profound erudition and I can not thank him enough for taking the time to share all that with me. Having very limited or no knowledge of a product can sometimes be an uneasy experience for a customer, but you took the time to help me. I am a proud owner of close to 30 pairs of RM Williams boots plus other RM Williams clothing and accessories. Therefore, customer services is paramount for me as I would appreciate to feel valued whilst shopping at an RM store, and Vince displays great work etiquette by making a customer feel welcomed.
