I could not recommend them. I booked carpet cleaning for my house 4 weeks in advance. I took the day off work to be home. I text the business on the morning of the booking to confirm. I received a call an hour and a half before they were due to arrive to inform me they are awaiting a part from overseas. They offered to hire a carpet cleaner from Bunnings to do my carpets?? I would have like to be informed before the day to save the day's annual leave!

Butterfly Effects were recommended to us by Lauders Old Bar when we needed a house clean after our house sold and before the new owners moved in. We arranged a time and then had to change at short notice. They accommodated our change with ease and were professional and obliging. We were present for some of the period and we were impressed with the quality and the speed at which they worked. The staff are polite and respectful of one another and of our home. The house was sparkling when we left. I would definitely recommend Butterfly Effects. Well done 10/10.

My real estate agent arranged for this company to clean a two bed room and one bathroom (separate toilet) town unit that we’ve just purchased. It was agreed to spend 4 hours on it and paid $176 for it. When checked the unit a day after their clean, the surfaces were dusty and dirty, the floors especially the toilet were untouched and both the toilet seat and the sinks in laundry and kitchen were dirty and in a filthy condition. The cabinets in kitchen and wardrobes were not wiped, walls have dirt on them which was obvious and could’ve cleaned with one wipe.This is an absolutely no quality or caring job. We were not present when cleaning conducted but clearly done by someone who either didn’t care or didn’t know how to do it. To spend 4 hours in such a small unit and leave behind such level of bad job is beyond comprehending.Photos were taken which, in addition to this feedback, were provided to the company. No response yet.Not recommended at all. Poor quality and not worth any dollar spent.
