So I've been through a fair bit of job centres since I was 18, I'm now 25 and this job centre employment is by far the best experience I've had prior. My best advice I can give you and anyone starting out (in any employment) is to find a case worker that you can connect with!

Aim Big employment are one of the best agencies to join in my eyes here’s why. Through trailing with (many) other agencies that only want me to be sitting in a room and not actually helping me to achieve my goals (not to name any but definitely a few on my mind), that’s when I found Aim Big. Though trial and error finding the right job coach with Aim Big was a little difficult but as helped with a higher line of support a long the way but when I given the right job coach though Aim Big I had landed my first job, something I hadn’t been able to accomplish on my own accord. Getting a phone call from Mark Andason for the first time I was thinking here we go more empty promises but little did I know Mark Andason was true to his word about helping me achieve the dream of being a working class citizen and not only did he help me achieve this but Mark went above and beyond what was required of him as a service provider. Today I currently hold two jobs at the age of 23 and haven’t had my first job before this year, before Aim Big. If you want to step outside your comfort zone and actually aim big then AimBig will definitely support you their hardest to give you that lifestyle or achieve that dream you think about at night. You won’t regret changing to or joining AimBig.

This employment provider is the best I have ever been to (I have been to too many to count). They are all friendly and go above and beyond their call of duty. No fakeness. Genuine people trying to help people find what they are capable and suited to doing and help every step of the way. Very personal and understanding of my individual needs. Thank you Aim big.
