Don't bother with Sarina Russo in general. They'll blame you for stuff which is not your fault and have no shame putting you down in front of their staff and other people. 0 stars would be a more preferable rating for them.

Can honestly say that this has been the most greatest Job Access Service I have ever used. The amount of support I have received has at times been overwhelming. I would like to say a huge thank you to Dianne in particular as she has been with me since day 1 and has been my biggest supporter, believing in me more than I do myself and has made me realise my full potential. The service is above and beyond.Thank You!

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. :) ok for all negative people.. sarina russo staff arent supposed to find u a job.. thats ur job!! Unless they have reffered jobs that ur looking for. They help u with programs, talking to the employer if needed, interviews and help with uniforms. And if u get the chance to do the Bounce program. Dont hesitate, do it very helpful and enjoyable.

I recently joined the NEIS program via Sarina Russo's office in St Albans and would like to share that Dianne and Graeme are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Phone appointments are not kept and Dianne seemingly calls whenever she likes.Upon my first meeting I was greeted by an overworked staff member who clearly didn’t want to be there.The decor is drab and unappealing and there’s not even a reception which makes the business look completely unprofessional.Staff aren’t friendly and only go through the motions without any empathy or care and seem just want you off their books so they don’t have to deal with you. During my longer than scheduled wait time I heard the same person drone out the same questions to 3 people so I knew what questions I was going to be asked. They may as well just hire robots.If anyone gets given Sarina Russo as their default provider I suggest you look elsewhere.Sarina Russo the person has a net worth of $100 million so you reckon she could dip into her own pocket for renovations to this eyesore of an office.

MY SISTER HAS A APPOINTMENT WITH THIS CENTRE 2 WEEKS AGOSHE CAME ON TIME AND THE STAFFS JUST INORGED HER NEARLY 30MINUTES. NO ONE WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO SERVE BUT MY SISTER.IT TOOK 30MINUTES MORE TO WAIT WHILE THEY WERE GOSSIPING.IT'S SUCH A BAD SERVICE FOR MY SISTER.WE CAME HERE FOR APPOINTMENT SO JUST PLEASE TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME WAY.IT'S NOT MY CHOICE TO CHOOSE THIS SERVICE.

I'm very happy with SRJA St Albans and I would like to make special mention to Dianne and Fiona for their support. No other job network has helped me like they have and I hope they can help other people like they have helped me, and I'm positive they will. They are number one and I am very happy with them. Called through and spoke with an older lady who said she couldn’t hear me and was getting frustrated. I don’t have reception issues as I called through their 13 number prior to being transferred to St. Albans. So clearly this person doesn’t know how to use her headset properly.
