This gym will transform you in to a competent MMA fighter and completely transform your view on matial arts. The coaches are extremely experienced and competent and provide valuable feedback on improving your BJJ, kickboxing, sambo, Muay Thai and shooto. I love it here! Power Core is a wonderful family-run gym in the heart of Marrickville. Coach Rahneer Fabi delivers great training that will really challenge you to build your strength, fitness and technique. The sessions are tough but place a welcome emphasis on practical self-defence and good fighting technique. There is a great range of classes so you always have the option to try something new. Bella Fabi helps to create a wonderful welcoming environment, guides you through the sign up process, and answers any questions you might have. The rates are really reasonable and if you want to build your skills to compete, you can.
