Cullen provided an amazing experience from start to finish!I had Olivia helping me through the process of purchasing an engagement ring and she is very knowledgeable which made it all that much easier. The information she was able to provide and guidance she gave was very reassuring. In addition to this she was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Overall the process was very easy, straightforward and stress free. Accurate and upfront expected time frames (a 1-2 week window given) for when the product will be ready was also a bonus!Couldn’t recommend Cullen and the service they provided enough!!

I had an online appointment with Kat and she was great! She thoroughly went through all aspects of a diamond, and had all the shapes and styles I wanted to see. She then continued to answer my questions via email and sent lots of pics and videos comparing sizes and different stones. Such a helpful process when you’re trying to decide on rings but don’t live somewhere with a store. I would absolutely recommend Cullen.

I went to the showroom in Melbourne and Claudia was very kind and helpful as I tried on various rings to find the perfect one. I am now looking to purchase my wedding band here too.

Our experience with Cullen Jewellery was full of mixed emotions. My partner and I visited Cullen as our first step in the engagement ring shopping process. This process was very new to us and we were wanting to know more. Our first interaction with Cullen was quite bitter sweet. We were greeted by one of the staff who sat us down and showed us the beautiful rings Cullen had to offer. She then proceeded to type on her laptop whilst we sat there unsure what to do. It was only when we asked her questions did she answer them but then went back to her laptop. I am unsure whether this is the service that Cullen delivers but for first timers, this wasn't the friendliest and most helpful service. I thought that maybe this staff member was not having the best day but when we returned a few months later, we experienced the same service from a different staff member. As first timers, we were expecting the staff to ask us questions and guide us through this exciting process but we definitely did not feel supported.Another thing that we were quite disappointed about was the ring sample sizes. I saw my dream ring in real life and it was such a special experience however when I went to try on the ring, it didn't go past my knuckle. As someone who has fairly slim fingers, I was shocked. When I asked if there were other sizes, I was told no. I think it is important as a well known and reputable business, that your products are inclusive and available to everyone, especially for such a momentous occasion like engagement ring shopping.Other than these two negative points, Cullen has beautiful jewellery and their showroom that we visited in Melbourne is gorgeous. The jewellery they have to offer is stunning however good customer service is very important to myself and my partner and we unfortunately did not receive this.
