They took my cat Hamlet in after he was attacked by a dog, the staff were wonderfully gentle and understanding, and the vet Dr. Kim was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.Hammy loved her, and even gave her a cuddle to say thank you after his ordeal. I was so grateful to them as they are so close by to me, and they were so quick and reasonably affordable too. Definitely my new regular vet for little Hamlet.

Warning! This BUSINESS does not care about you or your four-legged family member, they are only concerned about maximising their profits. We were sold cancer medication at $51 a tablet (Barney our Mastiff requires 2 tablets a day), I found the same medication at Chemist Warehouse for $3 a tablet. However, West Footscray Veterinary cruelly would not provide me with a script. We contacted another vet and they were shocked at what we were being charged and gladly wrote us a script so Barney could continue with his medication.

Was great when Pat was there. Staff are mostly friendly. Older lady there when I went didn’t even smile to anyone coning in. Not very engaging. But Vets are very good.

Very pleased with care provided to my elderly dog who required surgery. Much appreciated call prior and following surgery from Dr Kim who was operating. Was quite busy when attending assessment appointment - best to book when not pushed for time.

Great service. My regular vet would not see my sick elderly dog as were full up, and these guys squeezed him in. Great care and reasonable prices.

My first job 27 years ago. Honoured to have worked with Paddy and Michael. Both such beautiful bosses. I consider them my mentors. Paddy even taught me to drive after work. Best boss ever!Being an animal lover, I always loved coming to work and seeing what magic they would conjure up. A group of people who really do care. Keep up the awesome work WFVC .

I couldn't compliment them enough.I'm extremely happy with them.We have 2 beautiful cats and big dog and she's now 51 kilos.And now a puppyI've been with them for 8 years plus and never had an issue.Thank you for your help.
