Based out of a purpose built facility, we use elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and track and field to produce elite fitness in any individual through the CrossFit method.

Dropped in from out of town. Everyone was super friendly in the class, and the coach was excellent - knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Definitely recommend.

Laid back atmosphere like working out with mates, no mirror posing, etc. Owner is knowledgeable and grounded and gets a genuine kick out of seeing people improve no matter what level they at. Trainers happy to offer plenty of explanation and encouragement. Heaps of session times with varying participant numbers. Ability to pause membership is a big help with work commitments

This box is like a big family. The admission is very quick, easy and uncomplicated. I spent many happy hours there. The trainers all deserve five stars. Thank you for this great experience. I hope we meet again.
