Amazing customer service and a seamless experience! I enquired about Richard’s service on a Saturday and didn’t expect to hear from him until Monday but he called me within an hour to introduce himself and talk about what I needed. He quickly followed up with a text and we had made arrangements for a same day service. The knives are beautifully sharp and the whole process was just very easy and I was only without my knives for half a day. I’ll definitely be recommending this service to my friends. Thank you

Over the moon with Richard’s servicing of our three Japanese steel knives! Communicating him was easy, quick, and pleasant, drop-off and pick up was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The knives are extremely sharp (I have already managed to cut myself twice in a week!) and he managed to mend small flaws that had occurred on the knives over the years, including the point which had snapped off during an overzealous garlic crushing. I highly recommend Richard and knife-tech, and will be definitely be using again for our next knife sharpening or repair service. Thanks Richard!

My trusty Global chef’s knife got chipped badly but Richard was able to repair it! It looked like nothing happened. My other knives were also as good new. Glad to have found him. I now have a place to sharpen my knives!

My Japanese knives were well overdue for a sharpen and repair and Richard did just that. He was happy to hand sharpen my rare knives and machine the Globals so I dropped them off and picked them up a few hours later. Good as new super easy and reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again.

Such a great service! I dropped two pairs of very blunt garden shears round to Richard the same day as my initial enquiry. A few hours later I had them back, delivered to my door, sharp and ready for action! Very reasonable price and I will definitely be using Richard again for anything I can’t sharpen at home. During lockdown after bingeing on too many episodes of forged in fire I started making knives as a hobby. I always struggled sharpening them without marking the blade.
