If I could give zero or negative stars I would. We signed up with Nethoster in December 2021. We were promised a Ferrari" business communications service but instead got a "Go-Go mobile" service - and that's being kind. We told them we didn't want any more dealings with them in April 2022 yet continue getting bills

I would not recommend Net Hoster for any of their services.Ongoing issues and faults have with this company has lost our business a substantial amount of money.

We moved to Net Hoster with our communications migrating over to the NBN for our 3 workshops and very happy with our decision. Brent and the team have been upfront and honest and have been there every step of the way. Great to be managed by a local company and not just feel like another number and having to speak to someone different everytime like my previous experience with a massive company as they actually care about there customers. Recently signed across to Nethoster Brisbane, for our NBN needs. Pretty easy company to deal with.There was a few teething issues as youd expect with changing over all phones and internet but these were addressed and rectified promptly .would recommend if you were looking for a new provider.
