7-Eleven Butler

The staff here are exceptional! The coffee is great and if you buy a drink after 11 am you get all the sandwiches and sushi half price.

There trying to do the sneaky on the coffee , when you purchase a $3 coffee it doesn't actually fill the cup all the way to the top infact it actually fits in a $2 cup...... so what's the point

Only pop in for coffee and doughnuts on weekends but staff are always friendly. Coffee is good especially for the price.

I popped in this afternoon for a coffee on the way to work. The young man behind the counter was so helpful, polite and awesome. A credit to this establishment. Apart from great coffee great staff. Hope the boss sees this!

I'm a regular customer here and have noticed new staff whom English is not their first language. Nothing wrong with that but the level of professionalism is lacking and this reflects on the manager at this store! My latest visit to this store has been very disappointing as it's messy, coffee machine dirty which reflects on how lazy staff here are, not to mention the level of rudeness with the current staff. Which reflects on the manager! Where are your old staff whom showed professionalism and weren't rude like your current staff. The Pacific island kiwi staff member Hone I believe his name, always served me. Don't often see him now but he was always helpful with great customer service which is lacking in the current staff you now have at Butler 7 Eleven! You need to keep your good staff and not hire ones that DON'T provide professionalism and quality customer service! Been coming here since it opened and this is what I have observed recently.

Always fill up here at 7-Eleven Butler for the past 3 years, and I am always served mainly by Hone whom is a credit to your company. Always serves with a smile, friendly and with such professionalism. Makes my visit a pleasant one when you have Consul Operators that go out of their way to assist you. I hope you get the recognition from your managers because you are a credit to your employer. Thanks Hone!

It's great to have a 7/11 up here closer to the Northern suburbs.7/11's like this are little different because you actually spend a little more time inside.we aren't attracted here for the fuel unfortunately but the Coffee, Slushy and Crispy Creme Donuts.The Place is always nice and Clean, the staff are friendly, the location is a little bothersome as it is a little far from the main commute (marmion ave) but worth it alone for the Donuts.

The woman behind the counter was quite rude and was extremely hard to communicate with as she spoke little English.After being sold a item I didn't want she told me I was unable to exchange it .Overall a very poor effort on behalf of 7 11Very poor.

Gentleman working at the store this morning took the time to explain to my daughter why the slushy wasnt working. She was sad. Very polite. Definitely a keep amazing customer service left with a smile.
