Paul installed a Daikin 9.5kw split system to replace our 15 year old Electrolux that was on its last legs. He was recommended to us by an old colleague of his at another local AC provider who could not install a pre purchased system. From first contact, Paul returned my call promptly and was very easy going with a great “no hassle” attitude. He came out to quote us on installation and was very frank and honest about how we’d probably save money by continuing to source our own unit as I had planned, that he could then install. I ordered the unit that day and we set a date the following week for it to be is installed. I called Paul two days before he was due to install it as it didn’t look like it was going to arrive in time. He remained very laid back and had no issue with playing it by ear. Luckily, the unit showed up the next day and Paul was here on time, to the minute, to install it the day following. Paul went straight to work and on his own had completed a beautiful install of our new, much quieter and efficient Daikin. He even went out of his way to plumb in a drain from the outdoor unit to a down pipe so it wouldn’t leak water everywhere like our old unit had. It too was disposed of by Paul for no extra fee, as I had seen many other companies adding on to quotes. The installation is flawless and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Paul to anyone. Totally efficient, polite, quality and honest service without any pressure whatsoever.
