I engaged the AusRoof team to supply and install a 2 car carport connected to the front of my house. The communication from the sales and admin team during the entire process was first class, and the installer that came to do the install completed it within the day without any issues or fuss. I wouldn't bother trying to get these people to give you a quote. They don't answer their phones. They don't return message after message after message. Their guy who is supposed to call to organise to come out do a quote doesn't call. I'm sick of them. Terrible service.

I highly recommend Dan and the team at Ausroof Cleveland! We had a double carport installed by them, from quote to install we were kept informed of what was happening, the install was completed on time and the builders did a fantastic job, everyone was so friendly and nothing was a hassle.
