Nail Central Forest Hill

After waiting for a long time for my service, the sns was very rushed. After my pedicure was done, I asked the staff to re-look at my manicure as I was not happy with it. It was not cleaned up and smudged... The male staff was very nice to redo the top layer, so my nails look presentable. The image shows the condition of my nails when I left the shop.

Worst experience ever.. they left me seated for one hour on the manicure table and no one attended to me.. my friend had a pedicure and they rushed the pedicure in less than 10 minutes. The table was messy and they didn’t have any explanation as to why they took so long to start my manicure. Attached photos clearly indicate the standard of equipment.. wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

customer service was great, lovely lady doing my nails was so sweet and actually talked to me, nails came out better than i could have imagined. definitely coming back!

Did a satisfactory job but were dishonest. When I asked if my friend and I could have our pedicure done at the same time (so we could leave at the same time) they said yes. Once they started on mine and it was too late to leave they left my friend waiting until I was finished before attending to her.That was the first lie.They also told me it was $50 and when I paid by card they charged me $55.91 to my card. Your bank transaction fees are not 10% so you are ripping people off. Your bank transaction fee as a business is less than 2% but you increase your price by over 10%, why?If you are going to discount for cash then tell people the full price is $55.91 up front on card and $50 cash, don’t be dishonest, do better.* In response to Management reply. There was no mention of a $5 shellac removal fee so the additional $5.91 was still not clear. Do better.

really friendly staff who listen to what you want and are very professional. also reasonably priced and knowledgeable. will be back!

So when I booked online it said $50 for a hot stone spa pedicure, I ended up paying $55.91 for basically a massage with shellac. There was no cuticle care, no removing of callouses, no hot stone. My toe nails are not even straight. Overall if I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I do not write reviews usually but this was so bad, I have stopped inside the shopping centre to sit down to write it. If you cannot do a pedicure then why are you advertising it??? The only redeeming point about this visit was I like the colour I chose—that is it. Avoid this salon if you can, you will waste your money and not get a typical pedicure.

Elienna was wondering very attentive and friendly. She listened to my requests and executed well. I will definitely recommend.

I was very highly disappointed .This is my first and last experience.They didn’t have the colour I chose . Nails are not finishing. Time and money wasting.below I attached two photos what I asked colour and What they gave me .never recommend for anyone.also they don’t care customer.

Had shellac removed after having it applied 10 days ago. They left my nails severely weakened and in horrible condition. The photos don't do it justice. Very disappointed to have to deal with this while they grow out. Shellac application was nice but it didn't even last 10 days. Won't be returning.Edit to add, the only reason their reviews are so high is because they were offering a 5% discount on all services when you rated them 5 stars. Avoid!!!
