We absolutely love our PVC fence and couldn’t recommend Hartbuild enough. Working with Hartbuild was a dream, their prices are competitive but their customer service was vastly better than all other companies we enquired with - we mostly dealt with Renae throughout our process and she was patient, quick to respond, kind and most importantly seemed to genuinely care about us and getting our work done. The team that installed our fence were efficient, professional and did an excellent job - we have a slight slope which meant our pedestrian gate had to sit a little further off the ground than we’d have preferred, I expressed concerns about our dog being able to get out underneath and the guys went above and beyond customising a panel to go underneath which allowed the gate to swing open fully without hitting the ground but also closed a lot of the gap so it was no longer big enough for a puppy to escape. The quality of our fence is impeccable and we’ve had many neighbours stop and comment on it. A Hartbuild PVC fence has by far been the best decision we’ve made for our house so far.
