The store staff is very friendly and the store environment is clean.

Andre was wondeful and put the wheels on my luggage case. And now it looks like brand new.

They deserve 5 stars except for limited clothing sizes. (Too small.)I love their stock but I do think they should go up to larger sizes. Not all active people are flat chested or short. Women with big chests also hike!! I am also sure that no AFL players would ever fit into one of their XXXL jackets! There are also plenty of men and women that are taller than 6ft that want great active/hiking gear.We need to make active wear more accessible for taller and bigger people. They don’t need to go to extreme sizes but up to a size 20 should be the minimum for our active wear stores so that larger people can get fit and enjoy nice clothing too!Heaps of hiking gear to choose from.The staff are great and very approachable.Great products. Expensive but the quality of durable and reliable. Their new store location is much more convenient and I hope they are doing well in their new location.

The staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Abigail who served me, went above and beyond to make sure that I purchased the things I needed for my trip to Italy. She was most delightful and made my visit to the store a memorable one :).

Went in to have a look at some hiking shoes for my sister and I for our trip to Tasmania. The manager Benjamin served us and I’m glad he did because he was incredibly knowledgeable in finding shoes that fit the needs of my sister and I. We didn’t end up grabbing anything today but we’ll definitely be coming back to Kathmandu when we need to. Really appreciate the time Benjamin spent with us.

Best retail service I've had in ages, everything you need in a Kathmandu store, and I've caught all their sales recently.

Sales representative loed to try to make a sale. Claimed Merell boots only come in sizes from 8.5 & 9.5 and so on, and nothing between. Further claimed that you couldn't possibly get size 9 shoes. A quick Google search gives a different result. Wouldn't trust a sales representative providing false info just to make a sale is shonky

Big store with friendly staff. Good for camping and trail clothing . It is on first floor
