My daughter purchased a Groupon voucher to use at this place and also purchased a gift for me for mother's day. When she tried to book in for her facial she was told they were booked up for 3 weeks and then they said their venue was not suited to her and find somewhere else. She will now need to get a refund from Groupon for both her voucher and my gift voucher. They were incredibly rude and snobby. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never go there myself

I went to The Beauty Cottage for my wedding spray tan. I have super fair skin and wanted a natural glow for my wedding day. The tan that I had here was hands down the best spray I’ve ever had. There were no splotches or streaks and everyone thought I had a natural tan. The owner Lesley is so friendly and accomodating and Cass who did my tan was brilliant. She really took her time and gave me tips on how to prevent the tan from potentially rubbing onto my dress (which didn’t even happen the tan was that good)! The tan also smelled amazing, as some spray tans can be very strong and off-putting. The salon is also extremely clean, neat and in a fantastic location at Narrabundah Shops. I highly recommend the Beauty Cottage to anyone looking for quality services, especially spray tans!

Do not buy any products from their fraudulent/scam website. They will take your money, not send your products and ignore attempts at contact to resolve the issue.I was previously a regular at TBC for facials and lash lifts, and thought I was doing the right thing during C19 purchasing skincare from them while they were closed (ie support the locals you want to survive the pandemic). They were great communicators to get me to purchase, but ghosted me once they had my money. I know times are tough, but why not actually have a conversation and tell me what’s happening? I expected more from women I trusted.I feel so stupid. Don’t be like me - shop from a website with PayPal and a proven history of good customer service.

I purchased a facial through Groupon and as my first ever facial it was an amazing experience. After only one treatment my skin is so much more improved! I cannot believe it. Kate was so helpful and gave me fantastic advice tailored to my skins needs, and I have already booked my next treatment. Highly recommend.

I was a regular at TBC for facials. Purchasing skincare products from them on line just as they were closing due to Covid19, supporting local small business in these tough times, sadly my product’s were never sent. I sent message after message with not one message answered sadly,DO NOT purchase any products from their website as they will take your money and you never receive the product.

The Beauty Cottage is the best for treatments of any kind. The women there are highly trained professionals and treat each client as an individual with individual needs. Moreover, they are friendly and caring and will do what they can to make you feel comfortable with your treatment.I cannot recommend them enough. I will miss them when I go.

I purchased a Groupon for a facial and a massage. It was difficult to book as we weren't considered 'paying customers' which was openly discussed in front of me. My facial and my husbands massage were also 10mins short and we were early for our appointments!

My skin has never felt better - wonderful facials with top of the range products (and very relaxing) and lovely staff!

On the 2nd of August 2018 I went & had for the very first time an hour & a half of full body bliss. I had a body scrub with a masque which was amazing but the 2 total highlights for me was the head & feet massages, OMG I never wanted Cassandra to stop but alas she had to. My skin felt & smelt amazing & today the 4th I went back & saw Cassandra again for my spray tan.Kate & her staff are amazing & extremely knowledgeable & you walk out feeling amazing. If you haven't tried any kind of self pampering, get yourself to The Beauty Cottage in Narrabundah & do yourself a favour, you'll be glad you did!!

Amazing products and service. Absolutely wonderful experience! And my partner, who never notices anything, commented on how good my skin looks- after my first facial!
