Great communication, fabulous accommodation. Everything was as it was shown on the website. We loved Willowglade Retreat. The email prior to arrival was great for some tips on best places to eat and places to go. Thanks for a super short break.

We stayed at Hanging Rock View for two nights. One of the best place I have stayed. We stayed at Mount William Suite which is the furthest away from front entrance, which was perfect for light sleepers like me. The room has heated floor we felt warm and nice inside even though it’s 8-9 degree Celsius outside. The room is self contained. You get everything you need for the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. My daughter was so happy to wake up to, have afternoon tea with, and say goodnight to groups of kangaroos and wallabies. The surrounding is so serene and peaceful, overlooking at hanging rock. The property has its own walking trails and waterfall at the back. There’s also plenty of space for picnic under a tree. It’s like living in a utopia. 5 mins drive to hanging rock, 10 mins drive to woodend town centre and 15 mins drive to macedon town. Strongly recommend the place for a peaceful retreat. I have recommended to groups of friends only after the first night of my stays, and I would definitely be back here again. My daughter was even upset that we had to leave today. We had wonderful time during our stay.

Lovely and well furnished property, very spacious , clean and comfortable beds. Would love to rent this place again when we return to Woodend. Had a wonderful time . Property is close to the town centre and to various attractions such as Hanging Rocks . Chris, the property manager was very responsive and prompt with his responses to all our queries. Nice pod LOR coffees , felt like I was at home with my coffee machine . Thank you Chris and team.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Honeysuckle Barn! Beautiful property and rustic accommodation, perfect for a weekend away. Great communication with the hosts, we felt very looked after. You'll want to take a lot of photos!

Great views, quiet location, lovely to see all the kangaroos jumping around outside your back porch in the morning.Rooms are very clean, comfortable and amenities excellent with generous provisions for breakfast.Highly recommended.

We Stayed at Matilda Cottage in Gisborne South, and the cottage was lovely and clean, very spacious and private. The house is very well equipped.We had our dog with us and he loved it, there are even doggy bowls provided for us while there. The owner was fantastic and the rental agent was great to deal with as well... will definitely go back.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Matilda Cottage. Nestled in the trees the cottage seems to fit snuggly in its surrounds. Large windows in the living and dining area certainly allowed for beautiful vistas of the outside to be enjoyed inside. We really loved the fire pit and had a fire each night, a welcome touch that allowed us to make the most of the outdoors. Enclosed with its own very dog friendly garden, the cottage catered well for our needs. Just a short distance and a lovely drive to Gisborne and with easy access onto the Calder Freeway to explore further afield, its location was excellent. Chris communicated with us promptly and efficiently both prior to and during our stay. We appreciated this and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Hanging Rock Views. The views, of course, are astonishing, and toward dusk, a huge mob of kangaroos munch grass outside your ceiling-to-floor glass window and doors. Scrupulously clean. Loved the little touches, like a stunning bunch of fresh flowers and what looked like home-grown strawberries to put on top of the homemade muesli. Well-provisioned breakfast hamper. Excellent bed linen and towels. Lovely and quiet. Chris was great to deal with. Thank you for organizing such a great stay and for the excellent restaurant recommendations, Chris. Sizzler Restobar had great Indian food.

Hanging rock views is a wonderful place to chill out and relax. Great views, fully equipped with everything you need. Close to town of woodend. Clean and tidy. Loved it thank you

Hanging Rock Views is an beautiful ruralproperty with outstanding views. Our suite had everything for a comfortable stay, truly they have thought of everything. We woke to a beautiful blue sky and kangaroos grazing in the front yard with Hanging Rock in the background.Would be particularly good for a large group.So enjoyed our stay, we have promised ourselves to return.
