Simon had gone out of his way to write a friendly and informative note that he left in our letter box regarding an elm tree in our front yard whilst he was working at our neighbours residence. When I texted him to say thankyou he replied with a world of knowledge and advice regarding the issue we had with our tree and how and when to treat it. Every once in a while you are reminded there are some great people in the world that are just willing to help and give great advice. We were blown away with Simon and his crew. We had a very large gum tree branch which had to be removed but it overhung the gazebo and either side of it was a carport and water tanks . Simon and his boys removed the branch with no harm to existing bushes, carport , gazebo or water tanks plus trimmed a range of shrubs/ small trees and culled another gum tree branch that had the potential to be a problem in the future. They were here for 7 hours , did an excellent job and cleared up when they had finished. The cost was amazingly low considering other quotes we had been given.
