I hired a van with this business once. The online process can be tech-savvy yet necessary. I booked one and on short notice I downgraded to a smaller one. I paid same price but given my short notice, it’s okay. I went over the kms allowed, but Mike was very kind to waive that. The initial & final vehicle check-up is a must. Will choose them next time.

Such a good service you can speak to an actual person 7 days a week. Hired a van at 5:20pm on a Sunday.

I just thought I would let you know how happy I was with the process and experience using one of your vans.The van was exactly what we needed, but more importantly the process was easy and efficient.I will definitely recommend your company to friends for van hire.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I had rented a van from them and was initially impressed by how things worked as no contact was needed with a person to get the van.I had paid a bond of 200$, getting this back was a hassle. At first they charged me 150$ saying the trunk was full of mud, it couldn't have been the case as I had transported clothes. I asked them to send a picture and they sent the same picture I had clicked for their app, the before picture was taken in the morning so had a blueish hue and the after picture was taken in the evening so had a yellowish hue, this yellowish hue was claimed as mud.I told them the case, then they changed their stance. Now the problem was In the front passenger seat. They claimed it had dog hair on it and guess what...I don't have a pet. So I asked them to send me a before and after picture, they only had an after picture.After haggling with them for a few weeks I finally was refunded my bond. Very dodgy company, avoid at all cost.
