Poor choice of staff,cheaper you can buy in Kmart and brand new staff.

I can confirm without a doubt this opportunity shop is the best in HB, not only are the prices great, the staff are amazingly friendly, you cant go wrong by stopping by and see for yourself and support our local community!!!

Was there today they have eftpos minimum of $10. I found this excessive as all other 2nd hand stores in Hervey Bay is $5. For those on the centrelink card makes life difficult I believed these stores were to help people. Our purchase was $6 would not process unless I paid the $10 on eftpos. That's not helping that's taking away 4 litres of milk from a family who really needs it. They need to change their minimum limit for eftpos

Really friendly and helpful staff, worth a visit or phone call just in case they have something that you have been looking for.

I was very disappointed with the staff working here today 20/1/21 One lady was too busy to get up from her chair as she was on the phone reporting to centrelink and the other lady I believe is Marcia or Marca( it was hard to read her name badge because she wouldn't turn completely around to acknowledge i was there, such a rude lady, nor could she offer any assistance ,or stop what she was doing to even look at me as she was very busy questioning the hem length of her shorts, Although she did seem to have all the time in the world to speak poorly about her co worker Kerry, Here's hoping these two ladies get some very much needed customer service training asap, after all you do work in disability services and a friendly hello and a smile goes a very long way. ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

I love this place!99% of the time the staff are lovely. Everyone is generally helpful and will sought out things if you ask.Today I was served by a lady with a rotten attitude. We all have our days... Hopefully she has a better day the next time I am served by her.Regardless, this is the best op shop in Hervey Bay.

My husband just got of hospital,and I needed a shower chair and a seat to assist him on the toilet.You can hire for six months or more.The price was fantastic thank you.

Fantastic Op Shop. First week of every months all clothing and shoes are $1. Staff are wonderful and the money stays local.
