I had a magical massage from Katrina. She had a lovely, calmness about her and was very intuitive in terms of what I needed. I noticed she had really warm hands which gave the feeling of being massaged with a heat pack and it felt so relaxing. She seemed to know exactly where my sore spots were and by the end of the massage I was floating. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I met Katrina four months ago and after the first session knew that it would be transformational. She was so gentle and caring and together we opened up my subconscious mind to discover some major limiting beliefs. I went to RJ for acupuncture to help induce labour for both of my pregnancies and it worked both times! Thank you RJ! My water broke the next day after our session and in 2.5hrs our son was in my arms healthy and well. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Alchemy Wellness Centre for 18 months now. My first visit was for a indulgent massage by the gorgeous Katrina. The was an instant connection with Katrina and I knew I would return. A month or so later I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer, after the initial shock of this diagnosis, I looked into what other therapies were available to support me on my journey.Even though I live in Brisbane, I returned the Alchemy Wellness Centre to visit Katrina and had my very first Kinesology session. My goal was to investigate possible causes for my diagnosis and to seek support for my wellness going forward. Fast forward 18 months later, I am a different person mentally and physically and could not be more happier with my new self. My Kinesology sessions were and continue to be a great support for my journey. I feel like a tremendous weight has been lifted off my shoulders and this weight had been there well before my diagnosis. This is all thanks to the lovingly warm, healing hands of Katrina. She is a shining light, who is always creating and learning more ways to bring happiness and health to her patients.After a couple of Kinesology sessions, I also commenced visiting RJ for Chinese Herbal Medicine. RJ was always thoughtful and professional, he never judged me on my treatment selection, he simply supported my choices and the journey. The support of the Chinese Herbs, I believe played a key role in my ability to handle my course of treatment and recover from the effects of the treatment very well. Once my treatment concluded I continue to see RJ for Chinese Herbs and he has me back healthier than I have been in a number of years.I enjoy my monthly Alchemy Wellness Centre visits because I feel like I'm visiting friends who have my bests interests at heart.

Katrina, I am so thankful to have found you- words can not describe the clarity, confidence and inner peace you have given me throughout our sessions. With each one I found more and more self awareness and assurance, which helped me know and love myself deeper. I initially booked in for a session because I felt energetically held back by my own limitations, unable to reach my potentials and truly believe in my self. My housemate had a medical issue and felt the advice from the western medical system was extreme invasive treatment and unnecessary. She reached out to RJ whom recomended acupuncture and chinese herbs in a treatment plan to tackle it intensively. A month in I witnessed a MASSIVE change in her emotionally, mentally and physically and decided to go see him myself. I have type 1 diabetes and go through phases of turning a blind eye to my health and feeling hopeless I can ever be in optimal wellness. A consequence of diabetes is reoccurring thrush outbreaks and I was not optimistic it would ever go away (as medical professionals had told me my whole life it will be something i permanently deal with.) RJ assessed my pulses, gazed at my palms and ears and relayed my WHOLE medical history to me. I have never had so much faith in Chinese medicine as a primary treatment practice more than in this moment. My trust in RJ and his positivity towards assisting in getting my body healed and free of candida lead me to sign up for a treatment plan. I viewed the financial element of intensive treatment as an energetic exchange necessary to feel incredible and to prevent further health issues that would cost my time and finances also. Boy I am so glad I jumped on this journey! 2 months later my chronic life long thrush is completely vanished, I have SO much energy, skin and eyes sparkling and we are fine tuning my hormone health and glucose stabilisation with chinese herbs. I have reduced my insulin amounts and my insulin sensitivity is insanely good! I recommend RJ to every person I meet and believe people need to be acknowledged for their healing work and successes. Literally all my house mates, boyfriend and his housemate and our friends are seeing him. I had never tried out alternate therapies before and relied on western medicine for health issues, this is no longer the case. If you have an underlying issue and would like to balance your body and be in your greatest health book a consultation with him you will not regret it!

Katrina’s kinesiology session have been helping me so much over the last 6 months. I’ve been extremely impressed on how much these sessions have worked on my personal life and it has been very comforting to have a follow-up, and see the improvements over the months. Overall, Katrina has helped me going through the most difficult grief, and helped me reconnect deeply with a member of my family.
