May be a small pharmacy but they are BIG on service, super friendly and home deliver. I have been using this Pharmacy for years knowing I could get cheaper prices from a bigger chain but I can't get the service. They hold my scripts and let me know what I need to renew and home deliver. They did home delivery long before COVID hit. Highly recommend

Exceptional. I started using KP during the pandemic for parcel pickups & was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. I noticed each time I came in just how personable they were with their customers - calling people by their name and you can tell there was a genuine friendliness & care. Although there's a closer pharmacy to me (100m!), I prefer to walk the 3km round trip to KP for all my prescriptions. I feel great knowing I'm supporting a local business but also a great bunch of people. This is old fashion customer service the way it should be.
