Repairman out in van, however dropped dryer off at top driveway, then walked around to bottom driveway office at house, picked up 2 days later, they prefer no weekend work or no weekend drop off's/pickups, excellent friendly service - based near Dolans Bay in Port Hacking Suburb.

Our experience with AWR was very disappointing. We waited 2 months to get a price on a part...phone calls were never returned..finally went to NEFF direct to get it sorted out. Hopefully this saves anyone else a harrowing experience to get an appliance fixed...you are best to go elsewhere!

Great service from the owner Mark! He came out for a V-Zug new install warranty repair and also proactively advised on additional warranty work for known issues on the main board for the miwell microwave and organized that as well. Susanne and Nicole were also great in helping organize the repair works!

My old dishwasher needed a repair. Mark was prompt and a very nice gentleman. Parts were ordered and he will come back to deliver the parts.

Beware!!!! stay away!!! very dishonest. started as warranty call, they wrongly explained what is covered or not covered under warranty when arranging a service call. technician came, not explaining much, refused to provide quote, do 15mins work then said the work was not covered by warranty and forced me to pay $132. I would give zero rating if it exist

Absolutely disgraceful. My very expensive Asko dishwasher broke and was only just out of warranty, but hey these things happen.The technician attended to make repairs but instead broke more parts on the unit and blamed it on the fact that it is an integrated unit. Many months later and the parts have arrived and turned out to be wrong. Technician blamed the fact that the door was too heavy when he had clearly reattached it incorrectly. We all make mistakes but the fact that he continuously said that he hadn't made this mistake was extremely frustrating. I let them know that I was unhappy and now they have cancelled and won't be attending to repair it even after I have had to take numerous days off work to get this issue resolved.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Please avoid at all costs. They have had our coffee machine close to 2 months. There has been no communication initiated by them - you have to chase and chase them to find out what is happening. They took the machine away without disclosing there would be at least a 6 week wait for thr machine to the looked at. Had I been warned I would sought a different t repairer. No idea still if the machine will actually be successfully repaired.

I have left 2 messages for a call to be returned and to date no contact. Have used this service previously, and have found them to be too expensive, particularly for spare parts or replacement appliances. Will never use them again, and I advise others to do the same.

Perfect Service! The service man Mark had a very friendly manner and was very helpful are not needy at all. His wonderful wife Renee the call responder, was very helpful and she spoke in a very manner tone and helped me schedule and THEN reschedule when I needed to. The AWR stands for Awesome, Working and Respectful. Perfect

Very good service and love the worker, they were very good in assisting me through my washing machine and getting me out of it
